People qualify strength with the size of your muscles and for the most part they are right. There is a benefit to having a strong body and being is good physical health but people often forget to strengthen their minds. I believe that mental strength is just as important, if not more important than physical strength. Perseverance and a strong sense of will can benefit your life in many ways. One of which is an ability to finish through on your commitments and responsibilities. I believe that this is the most important thing you can do because even through your physical strength will fade your dependability and strong character will reflect on others and make not only you a better person but it will make those around you want to be better. It isn't always easy but with mental strength it is possible. That to me is truly strong.

I completely agree, mental toughness is something that isn't talked about enough. It can help out so many people, it doesn't matter if you're an athlete or not!
