Chapter 6

 

 Chapter six was all about building a twitter resume. I had a lot of questions with this chapter because I have never really used Twitter before and I don't really know how it works. I always assumed that because of all the news about crappy Twitter accounts and banning Trump that it was not a viable platform for professionals. It is still foreign to me but now I will have to start looking into it for its casual professionalism, and the fact that the older generation who will be hiring me enjoy it. 

6AM

 This is kind of going to be more of a rant then a post, but I am just going to say that it is hard to get up at six every day of the week. Now don't get me wrong I will still be getting up at six, but it is a really difficult task. Every morning before anyone else is awake the football guys all must get up and walk or drive over to the stadium. I know we all signed up for this, but this is the worst part of football. No one is ready for the day, and we all must do our best to be better than we were the last day. It is a tall order. I also think that as much as it sucks none of us could imagine being anywhere else in the moment. As I said it sucks but there is a point in the workout where you finally wake up and you see the excitement as the brothers next to you PR on bench. It is literally just blood sweat and iron. It is a wonderful moment when all your problems melt away and you are at the top of your game. So, I will say it again six am sucks but six fifteen is amazing.  

Chapter 4 Building an Audience in Facebook

 Building a Facebook audience is important because many people use Facebook. Surveys showed that in the cities over 75% of the adult population used Facebook and over 65% in rural settings. This means that Facebook is extremely important when it comes to building an audience. When you are building your audience you should start with your family members, friends and employees to start spreading the word about you. When you have a decent following you then need to send invites to the leading minds in your industry to build credibility. Then finally you are ready to send your info to your customers. After this step you can integrate your page into your website and start to virtually market your brand with a decent audience following. 

Let It Snow

 Hey everyone, today is going to be a shorter blog. I am exited to say that we have a snow day in college. I thought my days of getting off class and having fun in the snow were going to be over after highschool. I had always heard horror stories of people having to walk through snow and ice to get to class, but not tomorrow. I have prepared a kit of waters, snacks, and extra blankets incase the power goes out. I also have snow pants and boots along with a winter jacket incase I need to go out for any reason. I hope I get to just stay inside and cuddle up with my girlfriend. We are going to watch heist movies like National Treasure and the Italian Job.
